Twinkle's Movies include 'Barsaat'(1995) with Bobby Deol, 'Dil Tera Deewana' with Saif Ali Khan and 'Jaan' (1996) with Ajay Devgan, 'Itihaas' (1997) and 'Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai' (1998) with Salman Khan.

Daughter of the acting legend Rajesh Khanna and a talented & beautifully sensual Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle has, however, yet to twinkle like a big star. Twinkle was unimpressive in 'Badshah', a film with Shah Rukh Khan, and seemed as if she had just walked out of a college play to a film. Her voiceis weak, expressions are limited and movements uneasy. 'Badshah' failed but there was some hope in 'Mela'. 'Mela' too disappointed.

Twinkle has shown that genes don't matter.

But seeing that Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla and Kajol are out of running, and twinkle may call it a day any day, Twinkle has a lot of scope. She has an identity and in the ultimate analysis it is a hit which counts, not talent.

Twinkle is married to film star Akshay Kumar and runs her own store of interior décor at Andheri, Mumbai.
