Unlike some other banks which offer auto loans beginning from $7,500, Wachovia offers loans from $5,000. The term period can be as little as 2 years and the vehicles need to be a maximum of 8 years old. All loan applicants need to be 18 years of age or older. You can choose between fixed interest rates and adjustable interest rates.

They offer refinancing of existing auto loans but do not refinance existing auto loans with Wachovia Bank, N.A., Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N.A., or Wachovia Dealer Services, Inc and do not offer this service in Alaska, Hawaii, Arkansas, Louisiana, North Dakota and Washington, D.C. When applying for refinance you need to provide details of your vehicle including your 17 digit Vehicle ID, approximate mileage, name of insurance company and information about the loan on your car including amount of loan, payment amount and interest rate.
