Ms. Raveena Tandon, Chairperson of Children’s Film Society, India, (CFSI) Mumbai has resigned from her position. Citing personal reasons for her resignation, she said that she found it increasingly difficult to balance her current commitments and workload. She wished to resign due to time constraints and other unavoidable circumstances due to which she would not be able to devote the time required to do justice to her duties as Chairperson of CFSI. Her resignation has been accepted by the Minister of Information & Broadcasting and Culture.
