The President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has condoled the loss of lives in the stampede in Baghdad yesterday.
In a condolence message to President Jalal Talabani of Iraq, Dr. Kalam has said, “I have learnt with great sadness the human tragedy that took place in Baghdad. Our condolences and prayers go out to the many Iraqi families who have lost their near and dear ones in this tragedy”.
