The Ministry of Company Affairs has decided to open control registers in relation to investigation and prosecution of defaulters. These registers will be maintained at the Ministry and in the offices of Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies to facilitate the job of the inspecting officers. All registries are to be fully computerised. The Ministry also plans to provide adequate infrastructure to the National Company Law Tribunal.
