Shri S.Y. Quraishi, Haryana Cadre IAS of 1971 Batch has been appointed Project Director, National Aids Control Organization in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Shri Quraishi is presently Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Steel.
