In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 100-A of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain, to be an Additional Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
