A National Cadet Corps delegation is proceeding to Russia on a ten-day visit. The delegation will leave on 16 Sep and return back on 27 Sep 2004. The delegation has ten cadets and two officers. During their stay in Russia, the cadets will visit Moscow and Kurak. They will also get an opportunity to interact with the members of the First Cadet Corps of Rescuers of Russia and also selected dignitaries from the cities of Moscow and Kurak. The main feature of their visit includes visit to Centre for Patriotic Upbringing of Volgograd Point No. 1, Kaskhs Ethnography Museum Kazachy Kurien Military Unit Aero club Yastreb, Museum Panorama Stalingrad and other tourist and historical places. The cadet will also present the programme on Indian culture, heritage and traditions in Moscow.
The members of the delegation called on Lt Gen MC Bhandari, Director General NCC in New Delhi today.
