Lieutenant General Nguyen Khac Nghien, Deputy Chief of General Staff, Vietnam called on Vice Admiral A K Singh, Director General, Indian Coast Guard here today. Both the officials discussed matters of mutual interest. Possibilities of extending bilateral cooperation in maritime zones was also explored.
