Major General Ronald G Crowder, Deputy Commanding General of United States Army Pacific Command is visiting India from 15 Sep to 19 Sep 2005. During his visit General Crowder will witness the ongoing Indo-US Joint exercise on counter terrorism named ‘Yudh Abhyas’ at Army’s Counter Insurgency Jungle Warfare School (CIJWS) at Vairengte Mizoram.
It may be recalled that the CIJW School is one of the premier Institutions in jungle warfare and counter terrorism in the world and troops from many friendly countries have taken part in training and attended courses there.
