Railway Women Welfare Central Organisation (RWWCO) which is an apex body of Railways Women Welfare Organisations being run by the wives of Railway officers, has donated Rs. 10 lakh towards the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for the earthquake affected people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion, Smt. Nirmal Batra, Chairperson of RWWCO, said that this earthquake has disturbed the entire mankind and people should donate generously in this hour of crisis. She has also appealed to the fellow Railway women’s orgaisations to come forward and help the people of Jammu and Kashmir who have lost heavily in this calamity.
