The President, after consultation with the Governor of J&K and the Chief Justice of India, has transferred Shri Justice Vijay Kumar Jhanji, Judge of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir as Judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court. He has been directed to assume charge of his office in the Himachal Pradesh High Court on or before 20th October, 2005.
