The President, after consultation with the Governor of Jammu & Kashmir and the Chief Justice of India, has transferred Shri Justice Sachchidanand Jha, Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir High Court as Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court. He has been directed to assume charge of his office in Rajasthan High Court on or before 18th October, 2005.
