The ban on strike in the Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh will continue in public interest. The Central Government has notified that the ban will remain in force for a further period of six months from October 15, 2004.
Strikes were banned in the Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad on March 29, 2004 for six months under the relevant provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The notification has been issued by the Ministry of Labour.
