The British Chief of General Staff Gen Mike Jackson called on Chairman Chief of Staff Committee and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal S Krishnaswamy, Chief of Army Staff General NC Vij, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Arun Prakash and Defence Secretary Shri Ajai Vikram Singh here today. Earlier he laid a wreath at Amar Jawan Jyoti. Gen Jackson was given a Ceremonial Guard of Honour at South Block Lawns on his arrival at Defence Headquarters.
General Jackson is also scheduled to visit Agra and Chandigarh. The General, who arrived here on Friday last is on a six-day official visit to India.
