The Union Cabinet gave its ex-post-facto approval on Wednesday to the signing of Agreement between the Caribbean Community and India for establishment of a Standing Joint Commission on Consultation, Cooperation and Coordination.
The decision will help in promotion and development of closer relations between the Caribbean Community and India in political, economic, environmental, health, scientific and technical fields and coordination of their positions on issues of common concern.
