On 5th.Oct.05, a sting operation was done on Dr. B.R.
Himalayan, Dy. Director, Sports & Youth Welfare
Division, by ' Sansani ' a crime reporting progress
of STAR NEWS. The complainant, Shri. Ravindra Rajnarayan
Pande was traced and his F.I.R. was recorded and offence
was registered against Dr. Himalayan on 20.10.05. Dr.
Himalayan was arrested at Pune on 21.10.05 and was placed
for remand before Special Court on 22th. Oct.05. He
was in police custody till 25th.Oct.05.
