Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Smt. Panabaka Lakshmi will be leaving for Mexico on 16th November, 2004 to attend the “Ministerial Summit on Health Research” organized by World Health Organisation (WHO) in Mexico city. Enroute, she will attend meetings with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) officials at New York and will also participate in a meeting with Department for International Development (DFID) officials at London.
