The President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, has sent his greetings to fellow countrymen on the occasion of Diwali.
In his message, the President has said, “On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, I extent my warm greetings and best wishes to all my people in India and abroad.
On this Diwali, let all of us strive to spread the lamp of love to our fellow citizens and spend time to share our happiness with the less fortunate, the poor, the lonely and the needy in our society. May the coming year bring happiness, joy and prosperity to all”.
