The Union Minister for Steel, Chemicals and Fertilizers, Shri Ram Vilas Paswan inaugurated the Steel Pavilion in Pragiti Maidan, here today. The central theme of the pavilion this year was “Village to Steelage” . The inauguration marked the beginning of India International Trade Fair – 2004. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Paswan highlighted achievements of the steel sector in India and said that with the fast growing global trade in steel, India was striving hard to get its due place in steel production. Steel Secretary, Dr. Mano Ranjan was also present on the occasion.
