The Chief Justice of Madras High Court, Justice Bollampally Subhashan Reddy has been transferred and posted as Chief Justice of Kerala High Court. The Kerala High Court Chief Justice, Justice Nauvdip Kumar Sodhi has already been transferred and posted as Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court. Justice Subhashan Reddy has been directed to take up his new assignment on or before December 1, 2004.
