Indian Railways are setting up Internet Cyber Cafes at 51 Railway Stations across the country in the current financial year 2004-2005 under the aegis of the RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (RCIL).
Internet Cyber Cafe, set up at Platform No. 12 of New Delhi Railway Station with effect from June 27, 2004, has been a saga of success, prompting provision of similar facilities at more and more stations.
This is intended to improve customer satisfaction by helping them utilize their timings gainfully at the railway stations.
