As a mark of respect to Shri Sunil Dutt, who died in Mumbai today, Government of India has decided that State mourning shall be observed throughout India today (25th May, 2005).
During the State mourning, National Flag will be flown at half-mast throughout India, where it is flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment.
It has been decided that State funeral will be accorded to Late Shri Sunil Dutt. The State funeral will take place in Mumbai today.
