The website for interactive exchanges with NRIs abroad is under development. Giving this information in Rajya Sabha today the Minister of State (Independent charge) for Overseas Indian Affairs, Shri Jagdish Tytler said that following the Third Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas held in Mumbai in January 2005, developing a database of overseas Indians, including NRIs, has been identified as a key action point.
This information was given to Rajya Sabha today in reply to a question by Shri T.T.V. Dhinakaran.
