The Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Shri Sunil Dutt has congratulated the National Billiard Champion, Shri Pankaj Advani on becoming the first player to complete a grand double by winning both the Points format as well as the Time format titles in the IBSF World Billiards championship held at Qawra in Malta.
In a message to Pnkaj Advani, Shri Dutt has said that you have created history at such a young age by winning both the Crowns of the Time format and Point format. It speaks volumes of your skill and patience that you have been continuously doing well in the Billiards and Snooker championships for quite sometime now, Shri Dutt added. Wishing him the best of luck for future, Shri Dutt said that your sterling sporting qualities are worth emulating and I am confident that the youth of the country would take inspiration from your achievements.
