The Request for Proposal (RFP) for inviting bids for the re-structuring and modernization of the Mumbai and Delhi Airport were issued today by the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Twelve weeks time has been given to the nine short listed bidders for submitting their technical and financial bids.
