As per information received from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Test and One Day International matches are allotted to various cities as per rotation policy of the BCCI as adopted by Working Committee on 22.1.2001.
BCCI extends financial assistance to state cricket associations for the development of infrastructural facilities.
This information was given by the Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Shri Sunil Dutt in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today.
