Manipur experienced sharpest decrease of 10 points each for Agricultural Labourers and Rural Labourers. On the other hand Kerala and Rajasthan recorded a maximum increase of three points each for Agricultural Labourers and Rural Labourers. The All India Consumer Price Index for Agricultural and Rural Labourers (Base 1986-87 = 100) in 20 States during December 2004 and January 2005 has been as follows: -
