According to the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Infrastructure and Project Monitoring Division, 87 Central Projects costing Rs.100 crore and above have no definite date of commissioning. Of these, 80 belong to the Railways and 7 to the Telecom Sector. The total cost of these projects amount to Rs.28366.11 crore. A sum of Rs.5337.78 crore has already been spent on them.
