The stories appearing in some of the newspapers recently regarding engagement of a PR agency by the Indian Railways for image building of Shri Lalu Prasad, Minister for Railways. Indian Railways have neither engaged nor propose to engage any PR agency for the purpose. These stories are completely false and baseless.
