The total value of mineral production covering metalliferrous and industrial minerals excluding fuel, atomic and miner minerals in April 2005 is estimated at Rs.955 crore as against Rs.802 crore in April 2004. The total value of these minerals produced in March, 2005 was estimated at Rs.1,003 crore.
