The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the repatriation of Shri L.V. Saptharishi, IAS (WB:69), presently Director General, Centre for Advancement of Peoples’ Action and Rural Technology (CAPART) to the Government of West Bengal, the parent cadre of the officer, with immediate effect.
