The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh called on the President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam at Rashtrapati Bhavan today. The meeting lasted 30 minutes. The meeting was part of the regular interaction between the two leaders.
The Prime Minister briefed the President about his recent State visit to the USA and his meetings with political and business leaders there. The current Session of Parliament also figured during the discussion.
