Mr. Justice Bhupendra Kumar Rathi, a retired Judge of the Allahabad High Court, is the new Chairman of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTP). He will take oath before Mr. Justice Y.K. Sabharwal, Judge, Supreme Court of India in the Judges’ Conference Hall of the apex Court at 11.00 a.m. tomorrow.
