Export parity price would be essentially based on the concept of export realization which inter alia includes i) average FOB at Arab Gulf (AG) + AG Premiums + Quality Premiums (based on Platts and Argus data) and (ii) the Advance Licence Benefits computed based on the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) on the quantum of Customs Duty on Crude taking into account the average Crude Oil Prices for Dubai Crude as per Platts, Ocean Freight from Fateh Port in AG to Jamnagar Port in India based on World Scale 100 & AFRA adjustments and other charges.
Accordingly, on an average notional basis for the last three years, export parity prices for petrol and diesel ex-Jamnagar port work out, as under.
