Shri Dhanendra Kumar, IAS (HY 1968) currently Secretary, Department of Road Transport and Highways (Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport & Highways) has been appointed as Secretary, Defence Production in the Ministry of Defence. He will succeed Shri Shekhar Dutt who has been appointed as Defence Secretary.
