The Government of India has enhanced the allocation of funds to Rs.700 crore during the 10th Five Year Plan for the modernization and structural expansion of the lower courts and High Courts in the country. The allocation of funds during the 9th Five Year Plan was Rs.384.63 crore.
This information was given by the Minister of Law and Justice, Shri H. R. Bhardwaj in a written reply to the question from Shri Brajesh Pathak in the Lok Sabha today.
