Indian Farmers Fertilizers Co-operative Limited (IFFCO) has embarked upon a one billion dollar investment plan. The details of the Projects proposed to be set up by IFFCO are as follows:

After implementation of the these projects production capacity of DAP/NPK plants of IFFCO will increase by 1.8 million tones per annum and that of Urea by 0.5 million tones per annum. This increase in fertilizer production will partly offset imports and is expected to enhance agricultural production.
