The seat of Sh. Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed, elected to the Legislative Council of Jammu and Kashmir has fallen vacant on 17th October 2004 by reason of his election as Member of Legislative Assembly from 46-Pahalgam Assembly Constituency.
The Commission has decided to hold bye-election to fill the said vacancy, as per the following schedule: -

3. Scrutiny : 15th February, 2005 (Tuesday )
4. Last date for withdrawal of
