The President, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has condoled the death of the National Security Adviser, Shri J.N. Dixit.
In a condolence message to the wife of Shri Dixit, Smt. Annapurna Dixit, Dr. Kalam has said, “Shri Dixit served the country with distinction as a career diplomat and was posted to the capitals of many important nations during his nearly four decade diplomatic career. He was always keen to analyse geo-political developments and was recognized as an astute mind in the world of diplomacy. His contributions in the National Security aspects are unique. I knew him personally for a decade as a friend”.
