Five envoys presented their credentials to the President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam at a ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan here today.
The envoys who presented their credentials were: - His Excellency Mr. Vyacheslav Ivanovich Trubnikov, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation, His Excellency Mr. Ernesto Carlos Alvarez, the Ambassador of Argentina, His Excellency Mr. John McCarthy AO, the High Commissioner of Australia, His Excellency Mr. Rogelio Granguillhome Morfin, the Ambassador of Mexico and His Excellency Mr. Sun Yuxi, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China.
The credential presentation ceremony was attended by the senior members of the missions, senior officials of the Ministry of External Affairs and Rashtrapati Bhavan.
