The staff of Broadcast Engineering consultants India Ltd. (BECIL) today donated their one day salary for the Tsunami affected. A cheque of Rs.48,000/- favouring Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund was presented to Shri S.Jaipal Reddy, Minister of Information & Broadcasting and Culture by Shri K.R.P. Verma , CMD BECIL. Besides, the corporation also donated Rs.2.0 lac for the cause.
BECIL, a Government of India undertaking, provides consultancy services in the specialized field of Broadcast engineering and technology and also undertakes turnkey projects in these areas.
