The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Adarsh Kishore, IAS (RJ:69) as Officer on Special Duty (Expenditure), Department of Expenditure, in the rank and pay of Secretary against the vacant post of Secretary, Disinvestment and also his appointment as Secretary, Department of Expenditure vice Shri Dhirendra Swarup, IA&AS(68) on completion of his extension of service on 31st March, 2005.
