The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) today gave its approval for fixing the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of milling and ball Copra for the year 2005 season as follows:-
Milling Copra : 3570
Ball Copra : 3820
The new rates are approved on the recommendations of Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP).
The MSP recommended by the CACP and that announced by the Government for the last few years for milling and ball copra of Fair Average Quality (FAQ) per quintal is as under:-
