The Vice President, Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat has expressed deep grief over the demise of former Cabinet Secretary and former Governor of Bihar and Arunachal Pradesh, Shri Vinod Pandey.
In a message, Shri Shekhawat said that Shri Pandey was an able administrator and policy maker. Throughout his life, he remained committed to the well-being and development of the common man. In his death, the country has lost a talented and visionary personality.
