NOTICE
Sealed quotations are invited for the Annual Maintenance
contract of EPABX System of Siemens Make installed on the
ground floor of the CBI Head Office, Block No. 3, 4th floor,
CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi for a period of one year
with effect from 01.04.2005 to 31.03.2006. Maintenance contract
can be extended for 2nd & 3rd year based on the performance
of the firm. The payment will be made on quarterly basis on
satisfactory completion of service.
DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENTS ARE AS UNDER:-
Siemens OMNI 230 EPABX with hot standby duplicated control
equipped with 600 extensions, 60 trunks and attendant consoles
and Krone MDF.
Duplicated FCBC with switching cubical.
Lead acid battery bank 200 AH.
Maintenance terminal.
Call metering system.
Your sealed quotation should reach the undersigned within
15 days from the date of publication of this notice. However,
before quoting the rates, you are allowed to see the condition
of the system and see the specimen Maintenance Agreement to
be executed after awarding the above mentioned contract on
any working day between 10.00 AM to 06.00 PM. Incharge, EPABX,
CBI HO may be contacted for the purpose.
The firms participating in the tender shall submit the details
of previous experience as well as Sale Tax/ Service Tax/ Income
Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years. They shall
also give details of the organizations where they have undertaken
such works.
The words “QUOTATION FOR AMC OF EPABX SYSTEM OF CBI
HQ” should be written on the top of the sealed envelope
containing the quotation.
