The President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has condoled the passing away of the former bureaucrat and former Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Shri Vinod Pandey.
Dr. Kalam has said, “Shri Pandey was an able administrator during his long career as a civil servant and also during his stint in public life as Governor.”
