justice altamas kabir to be the chief justice of jharkhand high court

Justice Altamas Kabir, Judge of the Calcutta High Court has been appointed Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court. The appointment comes into effect from the date Justice Kabir assumes charge of his office.
