Considering the unprecedented success of computerized train enquiry system, the Railway Minister Shri Lalu Prasad while presenting the Railway Budget for 2005-2006 in the Lok Sabha today announced extension of this facility throughout the country by the end of 2005-06 so that not only urban but rural people are also able to get the desired information instantly by dialling a universal number 139 at local call rates.
