Mumbai: Current Maharashtra PWD minister and NCP leader,
Chhagan Bhujbal’s close eye on the developments
in the saffron organization tells him that the departure
of Raj Thackeray is a “double jolt” to the
party and its chief Bal Thackeray.
Bhujbal, who had stormed out from the Sena about a decade
ago, said Raj’s exit is “a mental shock”
to Bal Thackeray. Raj’s mutiny, Bhujbal says is
likely to bring more trouble to the party. He, however,
believes that Sena is not over yet. “It will be
wrong to say that the party is finished. Lot of hard
work has gone in the last 40 years to built the organization,”
said Bhujbal, who played a key role in scripting Sena’s
initial success in the state.
Bhujbal also said that it would be difficult for Raj
to draw too many Sainiks into his faction.
